Marcus Rashford of Manchester United has been selected as the PFA Fans’ Player of the Year for 2022–2023.
This newest honor was presented to Rashford at the PFA Awards on Tuesday night, a few days after his great performance helped the Reds defeat Nottingham Forest in an exciting comeback game 3-2.

It adds to his previous two victories in the club awards, where United supporters selected the Academy graduate as their choice for Sir Matt Busby Player of the Year and also named him Players‘ Player of the Year.
The clubs no.10 was in inspired form for Erik ten Hag’s side last term, netting a career-high 30 goals across all competitions, as United finished third in the Premier League and lifted the Carabao Cup.
Rashford signed a new contract with United in July and made his ambitions clear.
“I can assure you that I will give everything to help the team reach the level we are capable of, and I can feel the same determination around the dressing room,” he said. “I couldn’t be more excited for the future under this manager.”
If the Reds are to achieve the ambitions he spoke about, then the chances of individual success will also increase. And if the 25-year-old’s performance against Forest at the weekend is anything to go by, the signs are there that our no.10 can be just as influential this term as he was last season.
Congratulations Marcus.
